Connect your owners, dispatchers, technicians, and account contacts with the NFR team they will rely on when a customer needs more than a plumbing repair.
Know exactly who receives your referral and who owns the next step.
Set update and escalation preferences before the pressure is on.
Give dispatchers, technicians, managers, and account contacts a familiar process.

The NFR Partner Pledge
During onboarding, we document your routing, update chain, and escalation preferences. If a service issue comes up, we contact your team first, align the message, and stay accountable until it is resolved.
Once your referral reaches us, we contact the person you referred and confirm the next step.

After dispatch is confirmed, we share the arrival window and update you when the crew is en route and the property is secured.

If a service issue arises, we contact your team before discussing it with the customer so we can align on a solution.

We follow up to confirm satisfaction, then share what we learn with your team.

From Our Customers
“I had a water leak coming into my bedroom floor from an unknown source. Two plumbers could not diagnose the source. National First was able to come up with a plan to find the leak. Under the window they opened up a section of the sheetrock of the wall beneath the window. Water was sprayed outside of the window and some leaks were verified coming in below the window. Apparently, a few weeks earlier I had a bad rain storm and the wind was forcing the rain to come in below the window. It was determined that the WINDOW SEAL had failed or that there was not one installed. The plan was to pull out the window, reseal the window, reinstall it, re-sheetrock the open space, repaint the room, re-stucco the outside wall around the window, and repaint the outside wall. The carpet and carpet pad were replaced. It took several weeks to coordinate different contractors to perform all the specialty work. I was very pleased with the craftmanship and detail the workers did on the whole project. The estimate for the repair was right on spot. I had a few extra expenses for work I requested to be done that was not in the original estimate. I would recommend National First for any job relating to home repair.”
“I'm a recent 84 year old widow and out of my "Flooding Tragedy" came the wonderful staff of NFR. They took over to coordinate, and provide guidance and support throughout the whole restoration. They negottiated with insurance to provide the best possible outcome and EVERYONE treated me with concern and respect and took the time to explain every detail. From demolition to the final painting, nothing was overlooked. They extended themselves far beyound all my expectations. They made it possible for me to return to a beautifully restored home without any glitches or stress. My thanks to Vinnie, Mitigation Mgr., Cody, Estimator, Nick & Saia, Water Mitigation, Andrew & Omar, Amazing Reconstruction, John & Tristan, Fabuloous painters, and to Matt, Project Mgr, who made everything work without fail. Thanks to an amazing company that really cares about the customer an treats you like family!!!!! Forever Gratefull, Diane Loven”

“The team at National First Response are amazing! When I called, Zachary was great on the phone learning about our situation and answering all my questions, to Troy coming out so quickly and evaluating the job. Dane and Saia both being detailed and hard working taking care of the matter. They all provided incredible customer service, detailed, and professional. My family and I appreciate everything you all did.”
