“Chris and his crew were outstanding resources in helping to restore our son's home following a fire. While another company did the major clean-up and clearing out the charred materials, Chris and his crew performed the vast majority of the rebuild - and we wish we had given the entire project to them. We loved working with Chris and his crew, the communication was excellent, they came in on budget and they did a fantastic job. Thanks to all the staff of National First Response that worked on our project”

“I had a water leak coming into my bedroom floor from an unknown source. Two plumbers could not diagnose the source. National First was able to come up with a plan to find the leak. Under the window they opened up a section of the sheetrock of the wall beneath the window. Water was sprayed outside of the window and some leaks were verified coming in below the window. Apparently, a few weeks earlier I had a bad rain storm and the wind was forcing the rain to come in below the window. It was determined that the WINDOW SEAL had failed or that there was not one installed. The plan was to pull out the window, reseal the window, reinstall it, re-sheetrock the open space, repaint the room, re-stucco the outside wall around the window, and repaint the outside wall. The carpet and carpet pad were replaced. It took several weeks to coordinate different contractors to perform all the specialty work. I was very pleased with the craftmanship and detail the workers did on the whole project. The estimate for the repair was right on spot. I had a few extra expenses for work I requested to be done that was not in the original estimate. I would recommend National First for any job relating to home repair.”

“Fortunately, we didn't have an emergency at our house. We did do our research for our home remodel. Chris Owens and the crew were our choice for our home. We are more than happy with our results. We most certainly made the correct choice in contractors. Chris was always available for questions, clarifications and open communication. 100% comparable in cost too!!! We are ecstatic and LOVE our new home!! Thanks, Chris and Team!!”

“Whenever I enter my front entry door, I can't believe how good it looks. Rick Estrella, the painter, was able to transform the old, unpainted door, and cracked, weathered trim into a look better than new. He also meticulously caulked, masked, primed, and painted the exterior siding, a new patio door, and interior areas with the same quality. He is a true professional.”

“We are extremely happy with our new roof on house, back patio and detached shop done by National First Response Roofing. We also had some restoration work done on the inside of the detached shop, water damage from roof leaks. From Cody handling claims, Mike the roofing superintendent, and Nicole in the office were all great and communicative. The roofing crew was fantastic too. Not only the craftsmanship they put into the work, they used drop cloths to protect property and they cleaned up impeccably every day. If you're in need of restoration work, roofing, and one stop remodeling work, give National First Response a call today: you will be glad you did!”

“They did an excellent job on our remodel. Eric our project manager kept the project on time. All crews that worked on our home were professional and courteous. They also worked hard and performed top quality work. The final product exceeded our expectations. We are so happy we chose National First Response! Update: we recently had storm damage on our roof. They came out right away to address the issues. We ended up needing a new roof and ceiling and they did a great job. Our project manager Brendan was responsive and addressed any concerns we had throughout the project. The office staff is excellent to work with: professional, highly organized, and kind. Thank you to everyone who worked on this project. We appreciate you!”
